Anduril Employee Tender Offer Sets $90 Billion Valuation
A $1.3 billion secondary share sale allows staff across 16 countries to cash out equity following rapid valuation gains and major defense contracts.

Defense technology startup Anduril is giving employees the opportunity to sell stock through a secondary tender offer that values the company at roughly $90 billion, as confirmed by CNBC Business (https://www.cnbc.com/2026/10/14/anduril-tender-offer-valuation.html).
Under the terms of the transaction, which was first reported by Bloomberg and confirmed by the company, eligible employees can sell shares at $94.80 each. The offering opened on Oct. 13 and is scheduled to close on Nov. 9, with total transactions capped at $1.3 billion across eligible workers in 16 countries.
The $90 billion valuation represents a sharp increase from earlier in the year. In May, Anduril closed a $5 billion funding round that doubled its valuation to $61 billion.
The secondary offering follows a string of significant government contracts and policy tailwinds for defense tech startups. Earlier this month, Anduril secured a U.S. Navy shipyard contract valued at up to $2.9 billion. Around the same time, co-founder Palmer Luckey was named co-director of Project Meridian, a federal initiative to scale military capabilities alongside SpaceX Chief Executive Elon Musk.
Founded in 2017, Anduril manufactures autonomous drones, augmented reality systems, and artificial intelligence software for the U.S. government and allied armed forces. Last month, Iranian officials claimed they had seized one of the company's autonomous underwater vehicles.
