Startups Showcase Agent Governance and Orchestration Tools at AGNTCon Europe

At the AGNTCon + MCPCon Europe 2026 conference in Amsterdam, early-stage artificial intelligence vendors focused on system governance, multi-agent orchestration, and operational security for agentic AI tools. Infrastructure governance formed a major focus among exhibitors, with vendors adapting existing cloud networking and security technology to monitor agent activity. Traefik Labs SAS introduced a combined application programming interface, AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) gateway sharing a common binary. Built on the company's proxy and ingress controller architecture, the software creates a control plane designed to log and verify agent behavior to satisfy regulatory, forensic, and auditing standards.

For developer environments, Bluerock Security Inc. demonstrated a governed workspace derived from its microkernel hypervisor technology for bare-metal data isolation. The workspace controls model access, monitors token consumption, integrates with enterprise identity management, and provides static application security testing across MCP servers and agent skills.

Multi-agent orchestration platforms were also featured to manage risks when chaining autonomous tools. Orkes Inc., founded by former Netflix engineers, presented a cloud-native orchestration platform designed to enforce deterministic execution and allow operators to inspect inter-agent interactions. Poland-based Grape Up Sp. z o.o. showcased its Aiboostr platform, which incorporates a catalog tracking agent ownership, purpose, active capabilities, and users to support compliance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.

Other vendors addressed the distribution and management of MCP components and plugins. Manufact Inc. demonstrated a cloud platform providing testing, compliance, and analytics for deploying MCP applications and plugins. French startup Alpic SAS exhibited tools that enable large language models to return interactive user interface widgets for transactional workflows, such as completing travel reservations directly from a chat prompt.

To address code review bottlenecks in AI-assisted development, Reboot Inc. presented a framework that abstracts development to business domains and behavioral rules. Changes made within the platform dashboard serve as a live representation of the underlying application code, ensuring human supervision over software architecture while agents assist in code generation.
