Salesforce Inc. reported second-quarter financial results that beat Wall Street expectations on both top-line revenue and net income, according to financial reporting first detailed by CNBC.

The enterprise cloud software provider generated $11.35 billion in revenue for the fiscal quarter, representing an 11% increase compared to the same period a year earlier. The top-line figure topped consensus analyst projections of $11.32 billion.

Net income for the quarter surged 87% year-over-year to $3.5 billion, reflecting expanded operational efficiency and margin growth across the enterprise.

In addition to exceeding second-quarter revenue expectations, Salesforce delivered financial guidance for the upcoming third quarter that forecasts top-line revenue above previous consensus estimates from analysts.

Following the release of the financial results, shares of Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) jumped more than 13% in extended after-hours trading as investors reacted to the earnings beat and elevated forward forecast.

The strong quarterly output highlights sustained enterprise demand for the company's core software services and cloud management tools despite ongoing scrutiny of enterprise technology budgets across the corporate sector.

The quarterly figures were reported by Jordan Novet of CNBC and documented via Techmeme on August 26, 2026.
