Concentrix Releases Agentic AI Migration Engine for Microsoft Dynamics 365
The patent-pending tool claims to cut contact center platform transition times by up to half as the company balances debt and restructuring against software automation.

Concentrix Corporation has launched its proprietary Concentrix Migration Engine for Dynamics 365 Contact Center on the Microsoft Marketplace, introducing a patent-pending agentic artificial intelligence application designed to automate transitions from legacy customer experience environments.
The customer experience and business services provider claims the software cuts contact-center-as-a-service migration timelines by up to 50 percent. Concentrix framed the release as an automated bridge to help enterprise clients adopt Microsoft Copilot and real-time workflow orchestration without protracted manual re-platforming.
Newark, California-based Concentrix developed the software based on operational workloads across thousands of contact center seats, noting that 12 strategic clients have already completed migrations to Microsoft's contact center platform. The company plans to showcase the application during Microsoft Ignite in San Francisco from November 17 to 20, 2026.
The software rollout represents an operational effort to shift from traditional labor-heavy outsourcing contracts toward higher-margin technical automation. According to reporting by Yahoo Finance (https://finance.yahoo.com/markets/stocks/articles/concentrix-cnxc-ai-migration-tool-201248119.html?.tsrc=rss), Concentrix faces execution hurdles that include managing approximately $4.4 billion in total debt and multi-year restructuring actions touching roughly 20,000 employees following its $4.8 billion acquisition of Webhelp and its September 2026 purchase of CastleHill Managed Risk Solutions.
Concentrix has operated as a Microsoft partner since 2005 and ranks among its top five global suppliers, maintaining 11 global delivery centers supporting Dynamics 365 deployments and citing more than 1,000 enterprise clients currently operating AI tools in production.
Whether agentic migration tooling can materially lift earnings quality from Concentrix's current loss-making base will depend on enterprise conversion rates, with the platform's initial commercial traction facing its next public test during client demonstrations at Microsoft Ignite.
