LogicMonitor Advances Autonomous IT Strategy as Rapid Deployments Strain Enterprise Visibility
Ahead of its Elevate 2026 conference, the observability vendor is integrating Edwin AI with Catchpoint telemetry to shift operations from passive monitoring to automated remediation.

As software development teams accelerate their release schedules, enterprise IT operations groups face an expanding lag between deployment velocity and operational visibility. According to research from theCUBE Research cited by SiliconANGLE (https://siliconangle.com/2026/10/10/autonomous-it-logicmonitor-elevate-2026-logicmonitorelevate/), 63.7% of surveyed organizations deploy applications daily or multiple times per day, and 46.5% report that required deployment speeds grew by 50% to 100% over the past three years. Despite that velocity, 32.3% of enterprises still require hours to detect production issues.
Addressing this disconnect is the central focus of LogicMonitor's Elevate 2026 conference, taking place Oct. 13–14 in Chicago. The event explores the transition toward "Autonomous IT," an operating model that combines full-stack observability, predictive analytics, and automated remediation workflows to resolve system disruptions with reduced manual intervention.
LogicMonitor has been shifting its core strategy from infrastructure dashboard monitoring toward an AI-centered operating model. The company's agentic AIOps engine, Edwin AI, uses operational telemetry from its LM Envision platform to correlate events, prioritize alerts, and perform root-cause analysis. To extend visibility beyond internal infrastructure and cloud workloads, LogicMonitor acquired internet performance and digital experience monitoring provider Catchpoint in December 2025, detailing work in July to feed Catchpoint alert data directly into Edwin AI.
To safely advance from automated diagnosis to automated remediation, LogicMonitor introduced its Autonomous IT Innovation Program in May as a private preview. The initiative tests guided investigations, human-in-the-loop workflows, and policy governance with selected customers to ensure automated actions do not cause cascading outages in production environments.
LogicMonitor has also collaborated with IBM and Red Hat to integrate Edwin AI with IBM watsonx and the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, aiming to execute approved remediation scripts across data center environments. At the Chicago event, discussions featuring LogicMonitor executives alongside practitioners from Bell Techlogix, GlobalFoundries, ANS, and SCC will examine how enterprises can balance autonomous execution with human oversight.
