AI Video Startup Higgsfield Raises $400M at $5.4B Valuation
DST, Goldman Sachs, Liberty Global, and Intel back the automated media platform as its valuation quadruples since January.

Higgsfield, an artificial intelligence startup focused on video generation software, has closed a $400 million funding round that elevates its post-money valuation to $5.4 billion.
The equity raise marks a significant jump from the company's previous valuation of $1.3 billion recorded in January, reflecting rapid growth in investor demand for generative video technologies.
The financing saw participation from a broad group of prominent financial and corporate backers. Investors in the round include investment firm DST, investment bank Goldman Sachs, media conglomerate Liberty Global, and semiconductor manufacturer Intel, alongside additional venture participants.
The transaction details were first reported by James Fontanella-Khan of the Financial Times and subsequently picked up by Techmeme.
With $400 million in newly secured growth capital, Higgsfield adds substantial liquidity to expand its technical infrastructure and operational footprint amid rising interest in synthetic media tools.
The swift valuation growth from $1.3 billion to $5.4 billion highlights ongoing enterprise and venture interest in generative artificial intelligence platforms capable of synthesizing high-quality video content.
